Job Description

Trans4mative Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager to lead consulting teams accountable for the organization and delivery of key client efforts and help manage account relationships. As a Senior Manager, you will be a self-managed leader with the ability to orchestrate and manage large, complex programs and projects while coordinating strategy, people, technology, and processes to ensure desired results for our customers. You will work with Trans4mative Partners and Directors to help lead, plan, execute, and deliver client projects while coaching, leading, and mentoring junior team members.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all programs and projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Facilitate and develop scopes and objectives that unify stakeholders and create clarity 
  • Oversee program and project hygiene utilizing recognized best practices 
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure account, program, and project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to Trans4mative and customer management as needed
  • Actively manage account and program or project risk with contingency and scenario planning 
  • In coordination with Trans4mative Partners and Directors, establish and maintain relationships with senior client leadership and help ensure client needs are met
  • Actively contribute to account development activities and seek inclusion in relevant business development efforts across the firm
  • Deepen expertise in chosen career-path and associated domains
  • Mentor and grow junior team members

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant professional consulting industry experience or equivalence
  • Related project experiences across project management, process improvement, enabling technology, change leadership, and/or strategy development domains
  • Highly collaborative working style 
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  • Analytical and critical thinking as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • A team player with a self-starter mindset, driven to success
  • Professional certifications, as applicable (PMP. Prosci, Black-Belt, etc) are a plus
