Job Description

Trans4mative Advisors is seeking a Manager to lead consulting teams responsible for organizing and delivering key client initiatives. As a Manager, you will be a self-directed leader with the ability to manage and deliver large, complex tasks across various project types while coordinating people, technology, and processes to ensure desired results for our customers. You will collaborate with Trans4mative Partners and Directors to lead, plan, execute, and deliver client projects while coaching, leading, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate and develop scopes and objectives that unify stakeholders and create clarity.
• Oversee project hygiene using recognized best practices.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure account, program, and project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to Trans4mative and customer management as needed.
• Actively manage project risk with contingency and scenario planning.
• In coordination with Trans4mative Partners and Directors, establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and help ensure client needs are met.
• Actively contribute to account development activities and seek inclusion in relevant business development efforts across the firm.
• Deepen experience across at least one domain in the chosen career path.
• Mentor and grow team members.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional consulting industry experience or equivalence.
• Related project experiences across project management, process improvement, enabling technology, change leadership, and/or strategy development domains.
• Highly collaborative working style.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• A team player with a self-starter mindset, driven to success.
• Professional certifications, as applicable (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Black-Belt, etc.), are a plus.
